Terms of use

The service is a football statistics site. We gather match data from competitions across South America and Europe — scorelines, line-ups, shots, possession, cards, tackles, corners, refereeing and individual performance —, organise those numbers by competition, club, player and fixture, and from them publish analysis and patterns we call insights.

It is information for people who love football and want to understand the game through its numbers: before the match, during it and after it.

This is the most important section of these terms, and we ask you to read it carefully.

Futanálises is not a betting house, does not broker bets, neither accepts nor forwards money for bets, and has no connection whatsoever with betting operators. We are neither financial nor investment advisers.

Nothing in the service constitutes a recommendation, a tip, a guarantee or a promise of a result. An insight describes what has already happened — for example, that a club took more than fifteen shots in five games in a row — and nothing that happened forces the future to repeat it. Probabilities shown in the product are statistical estimates calculated from the historical record, not predictions.

Any decision you make based on the content is yours, and so is the risk of it. Futanálises is not liable for losses of any kind arising from the use of the information published.

To take out a subscription you must be 18 or older and have the legal capacity to contract. When you register, you declare that the information provided is true and undertake to keep it up to date.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Your password is your responsibility: do not share it, and let us know of any misuse.

Sharing credentials, reselling access and automated extraction of content (scraping, bots, using our pages or internal routes as a third-party data source) are not permitted and may lead to suspension of the account, with no refund of amounts already used.

Match data comes from specialist third-party providers and is updated automatically, with the product reprocessing the statistics the moment the final whistle blows.

We work to keep those numbers correct and check our database against the source, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. The source may delay, correct or stop publishing a figure, and there is information it does not cover for every competition. When a number does not exist, we prefer to say so rather than fill the gap with an estimate.

The names, crests and trademarks of clubs and competitions belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the matches the data refers to.

Access is sold by period: the monthly plan gives access for one month and the annual plan for twelve months, counted from the moment payment is confirmed. The prices in force are those shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase.

There is no automatic recurring charge. At the end of the period you contracted, access simply ends. To continue, you need to subscribe again — nothing is debited without a new purchase made by you.

Payments are processed by a partner payment institution. We do not store card numbers on our servers: card data, when that method is available, is sent directly to the processor, and we receive only the authorisation and the last four digits. Pix payments are confirmed automatically and release access straight away.

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment, with a full refund. Just write to atendimento@futanalises.com from your registered email.

After that period, the amount for the period already contracted is not refunded, except in the event of a failure on our part that prevents use of the service. As there is no automatic renewal, there is no future charge to cancel: if you do not wish to continue, you need do nothing. The periods by region are detailed in the cancellation and refund policy.

The service is provided as it stands. We may change, add or remove features, and carry out maintenance that interrupts access temporarily. Changes that materially reduce what was contracted will be communicated by email.

Competition coverage may vary over time, according to the calendar and the availability of data at the source.

The software, the design, the Futanálises brand, the analysis texts and the way the data is organised and presented are owned by Futanálises. The subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it, for as long as the contracted period lasts.

You may share an insight or a chart occasionally, citing the source. Reproducing the content systematically, or using it to build a competing product, is not permitted.

We process your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). What we collect, why we collect it and how to exercise your rights is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, especially in cases of access sharing, automated extraction of content, payment fraud or use that harms the operation of the service for other subscribers.

You may close your account whenever you like, by writing to atendimento@futanalises.com.

These terms may be updated. The date of the last change stays at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after the new version takes effect means agreeing to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile is elected to settle disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
