About the product

What is Futanálises?

A football statistics site. We gather the numbers from matches in South American and European competitions — score, line-up, shots, possession, corners, fouls, cards, tackles, each player’s performance and refereeing history — and organise it all by competition, club, player and fixture.

On top of those numbers, we publish patterns: streaks and behaviours the data reveals. That is what we call an insight.

Do you give tips or betting advice?

No. We are not a betting house, we do not broker bets and we promise no winnings.

An insight describes what has already happened, and nothing that happened forces the future to repeat it. The probabilities shown on the fixture pages are estimates calculated from the historical record, not predictions. Any decision made from what you read here is yours.

Which competitions do you cover?

From both continents: in Brazil, Série A and B, the Copa do Brasil, the Libertadores and the Sul-Americana; in Europe, the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, the Champions League, the Europa League and the domestic cups of England, Spain, Germany, Italy and France.

The list changes with the calendar: a cup comes in when the bracket is drawn and leaves when it ends. Domestic cups appear from the main stage onward — the qualifying rounds between amateur clubs are left out.

How often is the data updated?

A match’s statistics are reprocessed the moment it ends, and games in progress are followed through the round. The table, the rankings and the insights follow right after.

The data comes from specialist providers. When the source is late or does not cover a piece of information, we prefer to show the gap rather than fill it with an estimate.

Using the site

How do I switch between South American and European football?

With the selector at the top of the screen, with the two planes. It keeps you on the same screen: from Fixtures in South America you go to Fixtures in Europe.

Pages for a specific match, club or player do not exist on the other continent; in those cases switching takes you to the overview.

What does each menu show?

Overview — the snapshot of the moment: your favourite club, the league tables and the next games.

Competitions — each competition’s table, with the qualification and relegation zones; in a cup, the bracket and the groups.

Fixtures — every game, filtering by today, the next seven days, all scheduled or finished. Each game opens with the line-up, events, statistics and probabilities.

Teams and Players — the page for each club and each player, with their season performance.

Referees — each one’s record: cards per game, penalties and home-team record.

Statistics — the competition rankings: best home teams, attack, defence, possession, corners, offsides.

Insights — the patterns detected, with a filter by category and favourites.

Round risks — absences, suspensions and players one booking away that could change the game.

How do I see where an insight came from?

Click the insight text. A box opens with the games that formed it — date, score and the figure from that specific game.

If the insight says a club took 15 or more shots in four games in a row, you see the four games and how many shots there were in each. Clicking one of them opens that fixture’s page.

Patterns that come from a calculation over the whole season — an average, say — have no list of games, and the box says so instead of showing matches that prove nothing.

Can I choose a favourite team?

Yes, and two of them: one from South America and one from Europe. When you switch continents, the site shows the club from that side. If you have not yet chosen one of the two, that space stays empty until you do.

Can I see the games behind a number in Statistics?

Yes. In the rankings — “best home teams”, for example — click the team’s row. A page opens with its crest at the top, the name, the competition, the position in the table and the list of games that formed that number. Each game opens the fixture page, and the crest leads to the club’s page.

Does the site work on mobile? And in English?

Yes to both. On mobile there is a bottom bar with the most-used destinations — overview, fixtures, insights and statistics — and the full menu behind the three-line button.

The language switches between Portuguese and English with the button at the top, next to the continent selector.

I found a wrong figure. What do I do?

Write to atendimento@futanalises.com saying which game and which number. We check it against the source and fix it. Pointing out an error helps the product — that is how the database improves.

Subscription and payment

What are the plans?

Monthly — access for one month. Annual — access for twelve months, at a discount compared with twelve monthly payments.

The prices in force are on the subscription page, which is always the reference: offers come and go, and the price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Pix, with automatic confirmation: as soon as the payment lands, access is released.

Credit card payment is being enabled with the payment institution and does not yet appear as an option. Until it is genuinely available, we prefer not to offer the button — asking for card details only to refuse at the end would be worse.

Does the charge repeat automatically every month?

No. You pay for the period you contracted and access lasts for it. At the end, access ends and nothing is debited without a new purchase made by you.

That is why there is no “cancel subscription” in the sense of stopping a next charge: if you do not want to continue, you need do nothing.

I paid and access was not released. What now?

Pix usually confirms in seconds, but it can take a few minutes. In My subscription you can follow the payment status.

If it goes beyond a few minutes, write to atendimento@futanalises.com with the receipt and the account’s email. We sort it out manually.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, within 7 calendar days of payment, with a full refund — it is the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just write to the support email from your registered address.

In the European Union the period is fourteen days. The details are in the cancellation and refund policy.

Do you store my card details?

No. When card payment is available, the details will be sent directly to the payment institution by your browser; our servers receive only the authorisation and the last four digits, so you can identify the payment.

Can I share the account with someone else?

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access may lead to suspension, under the Terms of use.

How do I close my account?

Write to atendimento@futanalises.com from your registered email. We close the account and handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
